Recognized among the top emerging financial advisers in the country, Bro. Rashon M. Howard is a purpose-driven wealth strategist and financial educator committed to helping clients build, protect, and sustain generational wealth.
After eight successful years with Citizens Financial Group, Bro. Howard joined 1847Financial in 2018 as a financial adviser. In January 2025, with the full support of his firm, he launched his own DBA, RMH Wealth Solutions, where he continues to serve clients as Founding Partner and Senior Wealth Strategist. Bro. Howard specializes in comprehensive wealth management, including retirement income planning, protection planning, and strategic wealth transfer.
Outside of his advisory practice, Bro. Howard is the founder of The Reach Up Foundation, a nonprofit established in 2018 that provides workshops, speaking engagements, and scholarships focused on community growth and youth empowerment. Since its founding, the organization has raised more than $17,000 in scholarship funds for at-risk students pursuing higher education and entrepreneurship.
A proud initiate of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. since Spring 2008, Bro. Howard has remained dedicated to uplifting brothers and communities through leadership and mentorship. He previously served as the 47th President of the Nu Sigma Chapter (Philadelphia Graduate Chapter) and now serves on the Sigma Leadership Academy International Committee, helping shape the next generation of Sigma leaders.
A graduate of La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a Master of Science in Financial Planning, Bro. Howard holds multiple industry licenses, including certifications as both a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC).
Beyond his professional and fraternal commitments, Bro. Howard is grounded by family and faith. He is married to Soror Porschae Howard, and together they eagerly await the arrival of their first child, “Lil Deuce” Howard. He is also a proud member of the Taylor-Cleaver Legacy Club, alongside his mother, Edwina Downs, of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Beta Delta Zeta Chapter.
